Smithsonian Folklife Festival
Each year the Smithsonian Folklife Festival highlights the culture, history and arts of three regions around the world.
This year the festival focused on Haiti, the Mid-Atlantic Waterways and Latina Music.
A weekend visit by Giselle's mother Suzanne coincided with the festival, so the two of us spent a few hours
one day down on the National Mall taking in the sights!
