Giselle's lunch: Tempura udon. We both really liked the pink edged white thing in her bowl, but were
glad we tasted it before finding out that it was made of some kind of fish paste. We're not sure exactly
how fish turn into paste--but it was good anyway and we were happy to see it whenever we had noodles.
